What’s Happening at Eastford Public Library?
Our Annual November Food Drive to support the important work of the Eastford Food Pantry is underway. Here’s a reminder of the kinds of items that would be helpful:
- Protein-rich foods, such as canned tuna, canned salmon, canned chicken, peanut butter, sun butter, canned or dried beans;
- Grains, such as rice, pasta, oats, cereals, and crackers;
- Canned goods, such as fruit in water or juice, vegetables, soups, and stews;
- Basics, such as oils, spices, low-sodium broths, flour, and sugar;
- Pasta sauce, shelf-stable milk, kid-friendly snacks like granola bars;
- Personal care items, such as soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and feminine hygiene products;
- Baby supplies such as baby formula and baby food…
- Household supplies, such as cleaning supplies and paper products.
We appreciate your help supporting our neighbors in need. Every donation makes a difference.
