Sports Camp Brings Spirit-Filled Summer Fun to EES

EASTFORD — The Congregational Church of Eastford and Living Proof Church in Ashford held their annual Sports Camp at Eastford Elementary School July 27-31. Sports included flag football, basketball, cheer, soccer, and skill development for 4- and 5-year-olds. Campers received daily Bible lessons. Staff included college-aged coach/leaders from UW Sports Ministries. The week hosted 137 kids and around 50 volunteers. This was the eighth year of the camp.
