Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp News
July is here — and camp is in full operational summer fun outdoors mode. If you are looking for an unplugged, fun, and life skill-building experience for your child, check out what is on the schedule for the rest of the summer at the Windham-Tolland 4-H Camp.
As long as openings are available, it is not too late to register for either a day or an overnight slot. You can find details and registration forms on our website, www.4hcampct.org.
Campers 9-15 self-select the activities they want to include in their schedule each week from a list of 13 offerings. Some options include learning to knit or ride a horse, acting in a play, riding the zip line, swimming, fishing, or playing sports.
Each week has a different theme:
- July 5-10: Carnival Week
- July 12-17: Zoo Week
- July 19-24: Pirates and Vikings Week
- July 26-31: International Week
- Aug. 2-7: Puddles & Bubbles Week
- Aug. 10-14: Capture the Flag Week (Day Camp only)
- Aug. 15-16: Family Camp Overnight
Our motto: A summer of fun, a lifetime of memories! We’d love to have you come and make some memories with us this summer. Our camp registrar is available by phone to answer any questions at (860) 974-1122 or e-mail [email protected].
