What's Going On at the Eastford Public Library?
Our much-anticipated Summer Reading Program this year will be celebrating America250. We will immerse our patrons in the lives and times of the colonists. Thomas Angels, a colonial reenactor from History Without Walls, will kick off our program on July 7 at 3 p.m. with a presentation for all ages. Children and adults alike are invited to participate in our six-week Summer Reading Program, which will feature a different theme each week. From colonial life, arts and fare, to colonial entertainment, gardening, toys and games, we will travel back in time to 1776. Please inquire at our front desk if you have any questions.
Library hours are Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
