A Day of Celebration

EASTFORD — Despite cloud cover and precipitation blocking the town’s view of the rising sun on Sunday, April 5, both Eastford Baptist Church and the Congregational Church of Eastford celebrated Resurrection Sunday with a Sunrise Service. Dozens turned out at 6:30 a.m., both at Buell’s Orchard (EBC) and at 8 Church Rd. (the former site of CCE), to sing songs and hear the message of the risen Savior.
